Cirle Blanking Line (CFP-1250)

Stainless steel and Aluminium circles are specialized products that are mostly used in the production of cookware, gas containers, automobile brakes, etc. CNC stainless steel (aluminum) circle blanking line is specially designed for these circle production requirements, the equipment is according to coil width and circle diameter and automatic choose the most appropriate layout method, improve the material utilization. The material utilization can reach above 80%, and is far superior to the other circle blanking method.

Technical characteristics
1, This line can use coil material directly using wafer production, do not need to undertake coil material of longitudinal cut and crosscutting processing, reduce the production process, reduce the production cost, reduce the damage coil material surface possible.
2, This line make full use of the width of the coil material, using the high-resolution servo motor drive system control, makes circles spacing and circle to the edge of the distance to minimize, thereby reducing waste quantity and improve the material utilization.
3, Production speed can reach 40-55spm, and improve the production efficiency.
4, Because the modularized mould design, when converting circle production, conversion time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes. The circle diameter is from 90 mm to 750 mm.
5, Advanced cradle and uncoiler system, six heavy type leveling machine, high rigid mechanical press, automatic stacking system, etc, to ensure the the high quality of the circle production.

[Mechanical system]

The cradle system: Double store rack design, the maximum volume weight 15, 000 kg.

Uncoiler: Roll diameter 508mm and 610mm, double-side construction, can be in adjustment.

Leveling machine: 13 roller, six heavy type, the top roller group can lift, easy to clean.

Feed system: X, Y axis two-way feeding, servo control system

Press: Mechanical transmission, small slider, low energy consumption, Wide pillar spacing, with makings swinging for stamping.

Stacking system: Special holding and stacking design, prevent stainless steel (aluminum) circle scratch.

[Control mode]
with Profibus-DP high-speed communication, the system form a strongly communal channels between industrial PC, PLC, servo systems and encoders. Real control canbe implemented through software by the industrial PC, including arranging the shape automatically, operation of system, self-diagnosis, etc.
